You will need to update your General Data Protection Regulations options.
This is very simply done on your renewals form on Jotform.
You can, of course, do this manually,but you will need to print the renewals form and send it in.

We hope you will use Jotform to complete the form on-line. It saves you time and effort.

AN OVERVIEW OF ELECTRONIC RENEW OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP

We are again offering the chance to Renew your Membership completely hassel free.
You can fill in, send and save your form with ease and without having to print anything

We actively encourage you to use Jotform UK.

The form performes well and it produces reports that are easy to administer.
We are using the Free Edition, so there is no cost involved.
You should be able to complete the form very quickly.

The system needs to be secure. You will see that the form page starts with https://. in the address bar.
This means that information you submit is is encrypted at your end and only decrypted when it safely arrives in our folder on the Jotform server. Our folder is Username and Password protected. Only the Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer have access to the information in this folder. Our Privacy Policy can be seen HERE

When the form has been filled in :-
Click on "Print", if you want to keep a copy for your records.
Click on "Submit" and your form will be sent to our secure folder. You will see a confirmation on your screen
